New Jersey: Poppy's Pancakes and the Cape May Zoo

Mommy and Daddy took me to New Jersey over the 4th of July. We had a great time. Since there are so many pictures, I am splitting them up into several blog posts.

We spent the first couple of days (after we got out of urgent care for Mama's infected hand!) with Poppy. He made us his famous pancakes, and we went down to Cape May for the zoo and the beach.

Here I am on the plane!

And here I am in my 'bones' PJs....I just love them!

Here's Poppy making my pancakes for me

And here I am with my extra-special gingerbread man pancake

I quickly found Poppy's magnifying glass...

...and examined my beach hat with it.

I also took care of my babies....

....and discovered Poppy's chair!

Here we are relaxing together.

Examining something with Banana

Not sure what's in the cage, but it was sure interesting!

Here I saw my first white peacock (I have seen others since then)

Daddy and me!

Mama really likes this picture because if you look closely, Banana and I are simultaneously raising our hands in unison with the 'no pictures please' hand signal!
It really makes her laugh.

After the zoo, we went to the Cape May Lighthouse, but I was too scared and tired to climb it with Mama. It was about 6 or 7ish after all! So instead, we walked down to the beach.

This is a video that looks like it is nothing, but if you look closely, you can see the dolphins we saw swimming in the water outside the Cape May beach. I think they were out there because it was a nonswimming beach and it was also the turning of the tide.

Pausing for a picture for Mama

Daddy and I dug in the sand. He is always so fun to play with!

And another one of us on the beach.

Nice post... Looks like solid-state memory is really starting to take off. Hopefully we'll start seeing a drop in solid-state drive prices in the near future. 5 dollar 32 gigabyte SDs for your DS flash card... sounds good to me!
